You Need an Advocate!

Camron Finlay

Many studies have shown that satisfied clients are loyal, but there is a low correlation between satisfaction and making referrals, that is advocacy.

Engaged clients provide referrals without being asked, and these tend to be better-quality introductions too.

The two primary components of client engagement are:

Value Connection

Clients and prospects see value in the questions you ask, the clarity of answers you provide, your responsiveness, and your personal approach.

Personal Connection

This is the "know, like, and trust" factor. They perceive a thoughtful listener, and a genuine interest in them and their business and goals.

All businesses need to create client loyalty and advocacy. First Class Networking assists with this; we see capability and value in the services and products members provide, and build the ‘know, like, and trust’ facto so we can recognise an ideal client for you.

Coming soon is this week's Newsletter ‘A System to stay Top-of-Mind’.
